A vintage Citadel Miniatures “skullchucker” from the 1987 “Machineries of Destruction.”

Since I was trying to build an army to offset the dwarf army, I needed to balance each unit selection. Since the dwarves had a cannon, the skeletons needed a war machine. I can’t think of anything more skeleton-like than a catapult made from bones that hurls skulls.

28mm scale. Mounted on a 50x50mm base (to align with Kings of War rules). The crew is mounted on 20mm bases.
